Short-Term Stay After Hospital Admission
Patients that have been admitted to a hospital for a minimum of three nights may have the option for a short-term stay in our center to receive 24-hour Nursing care and Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy up to seven-days each week. Patients may also request a short-term Respite in-patient stay for periods of a few days to several months.

In-Patient Residential Stay
Patients that require a permanent in-patient stay may be admitted from the Hospital, Assisted Living Facility or Home after receiving an admission order from their primary physician.

[review] => Let me just start off by saying that my Grandpa HATES IT. With a PASSION! He can barely walk, so we brought him to a rehab so he can get better right? WRONG. He has to share a room with another person, a bathroom with 4 people, and a WALKER with 3 people. AND GUESS WHAT. there is one shower, IN THE ENTIRE FACILITY. Sometimes he cant even get to shower, because there are around ~200 people in the rehab. And there is this “press this button for help”, and it DOESNT EVEN WORK. He said he had to “find out the hard way.” I feel bad. He hates this so bad, that he keeps BEGGING to have home therapy. Please fix this.

[review] => My dad was at this rehab for exactly one month and it was horrible. He was discharged today. After he got home and started to tell us more of what he had to endure, I felt like I had to make a review. Might I add that I’ve never left a review about anything but you cannot mistreat people or not provide the proper care for people that need help.
He was discharged from the hospital after surgery and was unable to bear weight on his leg. While hospitalized he used a bed pan for this reason so he thought that he would do the same at the rehab. He ring his call bell and told the staff that he had to have a bowel movement and requested a bed pan. He was then told by staff member “well, I don’t know know what you’re going to do then” so he had to go on himself. I called that night and the following day the administrator Letitia did return our call to address the issue. She asked who the staff member was that said that to him but my mom and I weren’t there at the time and my dad didn’t know her name or what time it happened. We still don’t know if it was ever addressed. She then proceeded to tell my mom that the staff said she was being difficult which I didn’t know.
There’s also been times that he’s ring his call bell and no one showed up. I was there recently and I had to help him to the bathroom. As I was helping him he accidentally ring the bell and a CNA did come and say she was giving another patient a bath. My dad said he ring the bell hours ago before I got there and no one ever came. I’m convinced that she only showed up then because I was there.
We were also told that that he would get a bath every other day. My dad just informed us tonight as my mom was bathing him that he only showered about 3 times during the entire admission. He also has a rash on his bottom and genital area that my mom is trying to treat. In addition we don’t that think that the proper wound care was provided. My mom was cleaning and dressing wound on his foot and it looks horrible.
Bottom line, there’s no accountability. You try to inform higher ups of what’s going on and they do nothing about it or they make it seem as if they’re doing something but they don’t. There’s no way that the issues are being addressed if it continues to happen. It seems very unorganized and no one seems to care. I’m glad that he’s finally discharged. We should’ve had him moved in the beginning. My dad has been in a rehabilitation facility before but has never experienced anything so terrible or been treated terribly. In my opinion it’s pure negligence. I would not recommend. If you or a loved one is been sent here I would reconsider!

This place is an excellent place to work tidily and be active with the patient. I've met the administrative staff, housekeeping, nurses, kitchen staff, and therapist. I have good impressions about each person I've come across
here. It's a reasonable building and well kept. These are excellent, caring facilities. I work the night shift, and I love doing my job as a CNA here at Warner Robins Rehab Center.

The front desk hostess Evelyn was rude, threatened my son and I , called us a lier, hit my arm pushing us out the door until it hurt my arm, we have always been obeying rules to a letter. Any 2 mins. [review] => My sister was in and out of here following surgery. EVERY encounter was horrible. I think this facility greatly contributed to her death. She fell out of her wheel chair and died the next day. I called to speak with her nurse and she did not know she was not in the facility. This at 10 am and 3 shifts since my sis had left them. Sis had died the night before and her "nurse" walked to her room to realize she was not there. She was post gastric bypass reconstruction surgery. They feed her a normal diet. NOT GOOD! She never got out of diapers. I never saw them changed. She never was assisted to the bathroom. No walker. No commode. I rang her call button. One hour later- NO person came. The Manager bullied us into paying $9000.00 or they would kick her out. She had Medicare. They never to date, have billed her claims correctly. I worked in insurance. You can't appeal - THEY have to submit correctly. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY!!! 1 star is the least I could pick.

[review] => I had visited with my mom for a week and a half straight 3 hours daily. One day I went in and she was be wearing someone else's clothes. Of course that was always the other shift doings. Another day I went in the room and someone had a soiled diaper I figured the staff would take care of it but 3 hours went by and right before going home time they showed up and that poor person was in awful pain when they final changed their diaper (bedsores no doubt). I still waited to see how long it was going to take them to change my mom's diaper they never came back so my mother was sitting in a wet diaper going on 4 hours when I finally got someone to change her. When they did her pants were soaking wet and her wheelchair cushion and seat was wet. She had the beginnings of a bedsore. No one there would take the blame. The one star I gave it is for the lady at the sign in desk. She was always so pleasant.

[review] => This place is intolerable! We had our Nanny in for a few days and they couldn't get anything correct!!!
It is dirty and smelly. The staff could care less if you are a patient, resident, or a visitor; they will still ignore you just the same. The level of disorganized chaos was almost laughable, except that it was directly effecting my loved one.
She slept on a broken bed for several days. We asked time and time again for it to be fixed or if we could even contract someone to come in a fix it. Every time we were told that a "ticket" had been placed for the order or "maintenance wasn't in". When a call was returned, they said that the bed had been swapped out. I asked Nanny if it had been done when I came to visit, she said no. I checked the lower part of the bed and it still wouldn't move.
Her phone was to be hooked up two days after her check-in, it was a weekend so that was understandable. However, that day the phone was not hooked up so I questioned the nurse during my visit. "Maintenance is already gone" was all I got. The next day I was told that her stay was too short to justify and that there must have been a "misunderstanding".
That is not even the worse of it!! She is on regular breathing treatments, every four hours. It is preventative care, NOT "as you need it". She didn't get most of her treatments and had episodes there that could have been prevented if the staff had been competent enough to relay messages or care for their patients.
There were many other problems with lack of information, attitudes, and and even basic care taking. I could go on and on.
The main point being, if you care for someone, do NOT take them here. Worst establishment regarding anything that I have ever stepped foot in.

[review] => Very poor experience. Staff is very unorganized and will not own the problem. My father in law was there for 4 months and passed on in their care. Their billing department had the nerve to ask about how the bill was going to be handled on the day of his passing. Also the worst is that the diamond wedding ring he was wearing has disappeared after his passing. No record of jewelry received from the funeral home. Deeply saddened by this whole situation.
